Happy Valentine's Day

February 14: This year for Valentine's Day we stayed home. I drove down riverdale road on the way home from work and alot of the restaurant were packed and out the door around 530. So we had a home cooked meal. Lance grilled a pork lion and I made potatoes.

Sadie's Haircut

February 11: As you can see Sadie needs a haircut, so she got one.
This is her before: When her hair started growing out she started to get long pieces by her mouth. That was Lance's favorite thing to show everyone.

Long hair Sadie but she had some ratty pieces underneath her because everytime it snowed she would go play in it and then her hair would rat up. I hated the snowballs she would bring inside too.

The new sadie, that only weighs 17 pounds.

We love her new haircut. Less of her hair on us and around the house.

Guns Vs. Hoses

January 29: Eric (Lance's brother) played in the hockey game again this year. The Guns won 10 to 4 Hoses.

Car Expo

January 15: Me, Lance, and Eric went down to see all the new cars for 2012.
All of us standing out in front of the big blue oval. Eric is a Chevy guy but is coming around to be a Ford guy. The two boys test drove a F-350 and a F-150. Two very nice trucks.

This is the new 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302. One of the cars we had to find before we could leave.

This car was owned by Michael Jordan but is now owned by Ardell Brown. He has a large collection of old unique cars. A few months ago Lance got to go see some of Ardell's collection. He enjoyed seeing all the different cars Ardell owns.

New Snowblower

December 18: After the last couple years of shoveling, we broke down and bought a snowblower. It was a early Christmas present cause I wasn't going to wrap it and it wouldn't fit in the house.

Live Nativity

December 22: The Hunt family that is in my parents ward puts on a live nativity every year 3 days before Christmas and 3 times a night. It is so wonderful to go and remember the true meaning of Chrsitmas.
This is my mom with some of my nieces and nephew. They did a great job.

Temple Square

December23: We went down to see the lights on Temple Square with Lance's family. We rode the frontrunner down to Salt Lake and had fun walking around Temple Square.
Downstairs in the Vistors Center are different areas you can learn about Church History.

Christmas 2010

December 25: We had a wonderful Christmas this year. We got two early presents this year. A new digital camera and a snowblower. We just had a hard time wrapping them and we wanted to use them before christmas.
This is the picture we took for our Christmas card this year. If sadie looks wet to you, she was cause Lance let her go run in the yard before we took the picture and she rolled in dirt or poo. So Lance hurried and washed her and used the blow dryer to dry her.

Lance with his favorite present. A new gun that he has wanted for a few years. A few weeks before Christmas, we were over at my grandparents and the 6 brothers and brother-in-laws left to go shopping for Sean a gun. Well when they came back to my grandparents they had a gun and everyone just kept on passing it saying it was not theirs. As you can see it stopped at Lance.

I was so ready to use it but I had to wait a few weeks cause a few days before Christmas Lance was working on a family video he makes every year for his family with my laptop and well my laptop meet the tile floor and broke the screen. But we got it fixed and I am loving my Zune.

This is what I got for Lance's parents. But the funny thing on Christmas Day was that I got the same bed set from Lance's parents and my own parents. We just laughed when we opened it. But we kept both so we have a back up.

Discovery Gateway

December 30: Me, Curtis, Selena(Mom), April with her 4 kids, Tiffany with her 2 boys, and Kristina and Parker went to Discovery Gateway for a few hours. Then we went to Applebee's for dinner. Kevin(Dad) and Jeff meet us there and then we walked over to Temple Square to see the lights.

Hunting Season

October 20-25: The boys go up to Mantua every year to go deer hunting. I went up this year for a few day (Wednesday, October 20- Friday, October 22). It was before the shotting of the guns happens. It was a fun get away.

On Friday, the rest of the family came up for the dinner we do every year. After the pray was said, our two nephews took off their jackets and they had made these t-shirts saying they were going to be big brothers again. Their having a sister join their family in April. Everyone was so excited for them.

On the 24th Eric and Lance got a little deer up in Mantua and then they went up to Farmington on the 26th to see if there was any up there and Lance got his. Hope this doesn't make anyone sick.

2nd Anniversary

September 12: We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary. I can't believe it has been 2 years, where has the time gone. Lance worked most of the weekend, so we just hung out at home and went to dinner on saturday night. Lance, it has been a wonderful two years. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!

September 4: After the Willard Car Show, we went and found a back road in Willard and took some pictures of Lance and the old UHP car. We had fun taking all different pictures. Lance, Dennis(Lance's Dad), Gary(My Uncle), Wanda(My Aunt), and Tyler and Brayden(Nephews) took turns getting their pictures taken.

Willard Round-Up Car Show

September 4: My uncle Gary puts on the Willard Car Show every year. This was their 2nd year doing it.
Lance won this in the raffle prizes. It had hoped to was for the recliner or log bed but it wasn't.

This is Eric (Lance's older brother) and he arranged for the old UHP car to come up to Willard. It won an award.

White's Willard Bay Fun

August 7: Every year we try to go out to Willard Bay on a Saturday with the whole family. This year we went out but didn't get to use the boat much cause the water was so bad and choppy. But we had fun in the sand and just hanging out with family.
